The System
Global TRACS is designed to offer a variety of products through high speed-volume transaction systems. The system is designed to accommodate the delivery of a number of prepaid products, but it also is ready to host a wide variety of other e-PIN value added services.
Global Solution Internationally based companies can license the Blackstone patented software to electronically deliver e-PINs for their own business model using the Global TRACS solution. The licensed software package includes the PIN Dispensing and Management System as well as other software packages, such as the TermMaster™ needed to configure and update each terminal from a remote location.
Blackstone also provides each Global TRACS client with the hardware needed to host, deliver and manage each transaction. The hardware is composed of sophisticated transaction processing equipment such as Hypercom IEN equipment, routers, servers, switches and firewalls. This hardware is configured to the sizing, technological capabilities and needs of the client.
Global TRAC clients also receive real-time reporting of transactional data, sales figures and revenue tracking. Blackstone also offers 24/7 technical support and monitoring via our team of multilingual IT members. |
